Meet your Coach
Tiffany works with youth to collegiate level athletes to help them develop into strong, confident, and well-prepared competitors. Through individualized strength and conditioning programs, she designs training specific to each athlete’s sport, position, and stage of development. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), her approach emphasizes performance, proper movement, and long-term athletic development.
She also provides softball instruction, including hitting, pitching, and fielding lessons, tailored to each athlete’s skill level and goals. As a former Division I softball player at Northwestern State University - and coaching other female athletes that have played in Division I softball - she brings firsthand competitive experience to every lesson, focusing on sound mechanics, consistency, and confidence that translates to game-day performance.
In addition to performance training and skill development, she offers wellness sessions that support recovery, mobility, and overall health. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, having earned her degree from the University of the Incarnate Word, allowing her to integrate injury prevention, movement quality, and recovery strategies into every aspect of training. Her goal is to create a positive, challenging environment where athletes feel supported, stay healthy, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
